Delete your Palandy account

How to close your account — and what happens to your information when you do.

Delete your account in the app

You can delete your account yourself, any time:

  1. Log in at palandy.com.
  2. Open your account menu (your avatar, top right) and choose Account details.
  3. Scroll to Delete my account and select it.
  4. Confirm with Delete my account in the “Delete your account?” dialog.

Your account closes and you’re signed out right away. This can’t be undone.

What happens to your information

After you close your account, we delete or de-identify your personal information within 90 days (copies in routine backups are purged within a further 90 days). Ratings and reviews tied to a closed account stay in de-identified form — without your name. We may retain acceptance records for up to 7 years after deletion where necessary to establish or defend legal claims.

If you can’t sign in

Email support@palandy.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it — the same deletion described above applies.
